Edwards Deming Institute, the National Quality in Education Conference, W. Edwards Deming Institute Annual Conference and the American Society for Quality, Quality Management Division Annual Conference.

  • Scholtes Seminars and Consulting (1997 to present)
    Peter Scholtes authored the Team Handbook and the Leader's Handbook. I created a web site for Scholtes Seminars and Consulting to serve a worldwide audience. Among other features the site allows visitors to learn about Peter Scholtes' schedule and to buy booklets he has created.

  • Madison Area Quality Improvement Network (MAQIN) (1999 to present)
    Reworked their web site to vastly improve the customer experience. Created web applications which let MAQIN maintain the content of the site using simple forms (they don't need to know html to update the site). We are working on how to best serve the needs of their members using the web site, including, allowing members to check the availability of items in MAQIN's resource center and reserve them online.

  • Public Sector Continuous Improvement Site (1995 to present)
    I created this site to help those trying to improve the performance of public sector organizations. The site focuses on the following methods of improvement: the System of Profound Knowledge (W. Edwards Deming), Systems Thinking, Statistical Process Control, Customer Focus, Joy in Work, Learning Organizations and Innovation. My aim is to help those attempting to make improvements using such methods.
